A.B. Harrison has worked as a writer, director, fight choreographer, dramaturg, photographer, filmmaker, and lifelong educator.

His stage plays have been produced in SLC, Manhattan, Milwaukee, New Orleans and he has directed and presented scholarship in Chicago.

He has presented research on the representation of violence on stage and film, the influence of the superhero genre on American culture, and various dramaturgical cases.

Films include (short) Table Crumbs and (unproduced feature-length) The Mountains of Eden; notable stage plays include (full-lengths) HARK!, REPLACEMENTS, PARK BENCH ROYALTY, THE THREAD THAT SNAPPED, FOUR, and BASTARD HOME.

His work is driven to tell stories that investigate the human condition by capturing the sincerity and uniqueness that lies behind the guard. Peace and beauty are forever sought.
